Serenity Suds and Soaks is a boutique aromatherapy business, located in a beautiful bush setting at Avoca Beach on the NSW Central Coast. We are a small business and are passionate about providing our customers with the best quality products that are also affordable. We value our customers and we love making these products for you.

Business founder and aromatherapist, Sandra Richmond, has extensive experience and knowledge of essential oils and their therapeutic benefits.

After many years of working as a registered nurse, in a busy and sometimes stressful life, I have long pursued an interest in natural therapies as a way of looking after ourselves and self-nurturing. My interests in aromatherapy led me to study at Nature Care College in Sydney, completing my Diploma in Aromatherapy in 2001. I love blending essential oils for their wonderful therapeutic properties, both physically and emotionally. They can energise us when we feel tired and lethargic, stimulate and uplift and of course, calm and nurture us in times of stress.
